The 8th National Pharmacy Sports Carnival (NPSC) was successfully held at USM Penang from 29th January to 1st February 2015. It was attended by athletes and supporters from a total of 12 universities (USM, UiTM, UKM, IIUM, UM, AIMST, TAYLOR'S, CUCMS, UNIKL, SEGI, NOTTINGHAM and AMU).

The 8th NPSC was markedly different and unique because for the first time the event was extended from a 3 days event to a 4 days event which allowed the participants to have a more fulfilling and memorable experience.

The competition of "Pentaque", "Squasy" and "Football" were also held for the first time during the Sports Carnival.

34 brave atheletes was sent to represent from Taylor's University School of Pharmacy led by the magnificent Captain Vincent Ngu, and our thoughtful Manager Kelly Chan.

We arrived USM Stadium at 7.30pm and began to appease our growling stomach before the opening ceremony which would mark the commencement of tiring yet exciting Sports Carnival. The opening ceremony was trully awesome as we had the oppurunity to parade with our specially tailored flag of Taylor's University alongside with other contingents. The theme of the event was "Prescribe the Challenge, Dispense the Victory".

On day 2 of the event, our athletes participated in Ping Pong (Men), Badminton, Pentaque, Track and Field.

Training before the day of competition.
Our first time wasn't that bad. >,<

All of us enjoyed the traditional games during day 4 of the event including "Lari Dalam Guni", "Terompah Gergasi", "Angry Bird" and "Tarik Tali".
